The instructors at Touchline Fitness are experienced, well trained, certified fitness professionals who will motivate the group to ensure that everyone finds it challenging and enjoyable.
Some of our instructors have a military background and all are qualified fitness instructors who have extensive experience of providing fitness and team building for all age groups. All our instructors are fully qualified, are DBS checked and we carry full public liability insurance.
Kev is the founder of Touchline Fitness and has over 20 years experience of providing quality fitness and team building. Kev is a former Royal Marines Commando, personal trainer and Brigade Physical Training Instructor for Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service.
He has a wealth of experience having run his own personal training business before working for 12 years in a training and development role for British Military Fitness. He was instrumental in BMF's fast growth and huge success. His role inluded the implementation of innovative training initiatives and procedures, developing over 500 national fitness instructors,
Kev has personally trained many people to help them achieve their fitness goals with differing levels of ability and ages, including housewives, business people, a county standard athlete and potential Royal Marines Recruits. He has a wealth of experience taking thousands of fitness classes at all levels.
Dave is a very experienced fitness instructor having been helping people achieve their fitness goals for over 30 years, though he will say he doesn't look that old. As you would expect Dave holds numerous fitness quaifications incuding three Level 2 qualifications from the YMCA. Dave also holds a PTTLS Level 4 Teaching quaification and a Leader Award with the Community Council of Physical Recreation.
Dave has been taking fitness classes and personal training for many years for several organisations and joined Touchline Fitness just after it was formed.
Dave has been a Cadet Forces Adult Volunteer with the Sea Cadets and Royal Marines Cadets for several years. During that time, he has gained experience in training and developing both teenagers and adults to become Physical Training Instructors within the Cadets. He has become one of the top PTIs in the county within the Cadets. He has also become a Leader Member of the British Association of Physical Training and Advanced Physical Training Instructor.
Dave is a keen cyclist and tri-athlete though admits he doesn't get out on the roads as much as he used to.
