During our initial consultation, we will complete a health questionnaire to discuss your goals and design a program that meets your individual needs, helping you achieve your desired outcomes. We run our fitness classes in two convenient locations near Godalming, Surrey, with all classes lasting one hour. Before starting, please complete our health questionnaire to ensure the best experience.
