Are your classes on?


Yes, as of 30 March 2021, we are running our classes as the Government COVID restrictions allow.


Safety is our priority.  We are following the UK Government's guidance and continuing to hold outdoor fitness classes while mantaining social distancing and providing hand santisisers etc.


What procedures are you putting in place to maintain my safety?

  • All participants and instructors to maintain the 2m social distancing policy throughout the class, including the pre and post class procedures.
  • Existing members need to book in prior to the class, so that we can manage numbers and record attendees, via the BookFit App.  Please do not attend a class without booking in. 
  • People planning on attending for a free trial class, should email in advance.
  • If classes are oversubscribed, we will lay on more instructors to allow us to keep the ratios manageable
  • Classes can only be paid for by standing order or bank transfer to avoid the need for handling cash at the class.
  • Any member or instructor experiencing signs or symptoms of Coronavirus (or members of their household experiencing them) should inform Touchline Fitness immediately and self- isolate for 14 days.
  • Participants to bring their own water bottle

Established in 2011, Touchline Fitness hold outdoor fitness classes meeting at Guildford Rugby Club, Godalming, GU7 3DH.  The classes are designed to suit all ages and abilities and no two classes will be the same.  They are a really great fun, effective alternative to the gym and there is nothing like working out in the great outdoors. 


The classes are taken by qualified, well trained instructors who will motivate the group ensuring that everyone enjoys the class and achieves the correct results.


We also provide personal training at a time and place to suit you.  We will design a varied and effective work out session to suit your individual needs, whether it be pre or post natal, training for a sporting event or you simply wish to become more active and healthy.


Touchline Fitness provides first class team building and fitness training for mini and youth squads covering all sports. Team building and player bonding are a means to an end – to create a successful winning team. To build camaraderie players have to care about each other and team-building exercises can help that happen. These activities also promote team work, communication and leadership.


Class Timetable


Tuesday and Thursday evenings: 1900-2000

Wednesday mornings: 0930-1030

Friday mornings: 0800-0900

Saturday mornings: 0930-1030

If attending your first class, please come along 10 minutes early.
